DocSmith SIF Generator and docsmith.tools services are provided by Star Wealth Dynamics LLC. By accessing the website, extension, licensing service, or checkout service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Scope
DocSmith is a payroll file preparation utility for UAE WPS Salary Information Files (SIF). It does not replace accounting, payroll, HRMS, legal, or regulatory advisory systems.
3. Purchases and License Access
Purchase terms, billing, and refund eligibility are governed by our published Refund Policy and checkout terms. License entitlements are provided according to the active plan terms at purchase time.
4. No Compliance Guarantee
While the tool includes validation logic, users remain responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and confirming file acceptance with their bank and the UAE WPS system.
5. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for:
- Accuracy of payroll inputs
- Verification before submission
- Compliance with applicable UAE regulations
6. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with infrastructure, or use DocSmith for unlawful activity, fraud, or rights infringement.
7. Intellectual Property and Restrictions
Except where prohibited by law, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative products from DocSmith software or services.
8. Data Protection and Privacy Law Context
We operate under applicable UAE legal frameworks, including UAE PDPL and related cybersecurity and consumer protection requirements. Additional free-zone rules (such as DIFC or ADGM) may apply depending on customer legal structure.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation or guaranteed acceptance by third-party systems. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Star Wealth Dynamics LLC is not liable for payroll errors, rejected submissions, regulatory penalties, or indirect/consequential losses.
10. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights that may apply under local law.
