End User License Agreement (EULA)

This EULA is between Star Wealth Dynamics LLC and the end user of DocSmith SIF Generator browser extension software distributed for supported Chromium browsers.
1. License Grant
Subject to payment and compliance with this EULA, we grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for internal payroll operations.
2. Scope of Use
License scope, device count, and term are defined by your purchased plan entitlement and validated through licensing.docsmith.tools.
A license is for internal business payroll operations only and may not be transferred or resold.
3. Restrictions
- No resale, sublicensing, or unauthorized distribution.
- No reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly except where required by law.
- No use for unlawful operations or fraudulent payroll submissions.
4. Ownership
The extension and related intellectual property remain the sole property of Star Wealth Dynamics LLC.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate license access for material breach, abuse, fraud, or non-payment where applicable.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
The software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Star Wealth Dynamics LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including rejected payroll submissions or regulatory penalties.
