Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases processed through buy.docsmith.tools and related supported payment rails.

1. Refund Window

License purchases may be eligible for refund within 7 calendar days from payment confirmation, subject to the checks below.

2. Eligibility Conditions

• Refund request is made by the original purchaser.
• Transaction is verified in payment and licensing records.
• No confirmed abuse, fraud, or policy violation is associated with the purchase.

3. License Revocation on Refund

Approved refunds result in license deactivation and revocation of associated activation state.

4. Chargebacks and Fraud

We reserve the right to dispute unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks and to suspend related license access while the dispute is being resolved.

5. How to Request

Send your request with order reference and purchase email through Support Center.

If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method, subject to bank/payment-provider settlement timelines.
